The offering

A full embroidery studio, minus the four walls.

Everything a shop does on a production floor, staged for a crowd and finished while your guest waits.

01

Live Monogramming

Initials, first names, wedding dates, and short phrases stitched onto caps, robes, and totes from a clean thread menu guests pick at the table.

02

Logo Embroidery

We digitize your mark once, dial the density and underlay, and run it consistently across every hat and quarter-zip so the brand looks the same on piece one and piece two hundred.

03

Hat Bar + Patch Application

Pair embroidery with a Richardson 112 and Flexfit hat bar plus heat-pressed leather and PVC patches for guests who want a trucker instead of a stitched cap.

04

Gifting-Suite Personalization

Robes, blankets, and cosmetic bags monogrammed on demand for green rooms, VIP suites, and influencer send-outs — no pre-order guessing on sizes or names.

05

Retail Add-On

Turn a purchase into an experience: shoppers buy the blank, we stitch their initials in-store, and dwell time and basket size climb.

06

Blended Stations

Not everything belongs on a needle. Where embroidery is not the fit, our live DTF heat press adds full-color, washable graphics on the same footprint.

Why on-site

The stitching is the entertainment.

A pre-made gift sits in a bag. A monogram made in front of someone becomes a story they tell. Guests linger to watch the needle, pick their thread color, and photograph the moment their piece comes off the hoop.

  • Zero pre-order sizing or spelling guesswork — names are chosen live
  • Built-in dwell time that keeps a booth or store busy
  • Genuinely useful swag that survives past the parking lot
  • One vendor for machines, thread, artwork, and trained operators

Straight answers

Mobile embroidery, answered plainly.

How fast can a mobile embroidery station personalize a piece?

A single monogram of two or three initials runs roughly four to seven minutes of stitch time; a small logo runs eight to fourteen depending on stitch count. We size the number of embroidery heads to your guest count so the line paces to a few minutes of wait, not the run time of one design.

What can you actually embroider live on site?

Caps and beanies, cotton totes, robes, quarter-zips, aprons, blankets, and sweatshirts personalize cleanly with a name, date, or logo. Thin performance tees and heavily textured knits are better as a heat-pressed piece, and we will tell you that up front rather than stitch something that puckers.

How much space and power does the setup need?

A two-head station fits a six-foot table with about eight feet of working depth and one standard 110v outlet per machine. We bring our own tables, thread, stabilizer, and lighting; you point us at the outlets.
