The questions planners actually ask us.

Direct answers on speed, fabric, and logistics — the stuff that decides whether a live embroidery station fits your event.

Straight answers

Quick hits before you dig in.

How fast is live embroidery at an event?

Stitch time is set by the design, not the machine mood. A two- or three-initial monogram runs about four to seven minutes on the needle. A small embroidered logo of eight to twelve thousand stitches runs eight to fourteen minutes. A dense, detailed mark can push past fifteen minutes, which is exactly why we talk through your art before the event.

What can you embroider on site?

Structured caps (Richardson 112, Flexfit), beanies, cotton totes, waffle and terry robes, quarter-zips, aprons, sweatshirts, canvas pouches, and blankets all take a clean stitch. Anything with body and a stable weave holds the design flat wash after wash.

How much space and power does a station need?

A single two-head station fits comfortably on a six-foot table with roughly eight feet of working depth behind it for the operator and finished-piece staging. A larger multi-head setup for big crowds spreads across two tables. We bring our own tables, or work with yours.
